We're offering a fantastic career opportunity for a Campus Strategy Manager to join our People  team. So, if you’ve got a way with recruiting & developing young talents in a challenging environment and a genuine desire to build a first-class early career program/Back Market Academy, we'd love to hear from you! Along with your team, you’ll be the point of contact for all Recruiting & People matters for our interns & apprentices in Europe. 

At Back Market, we consider our interns as the future talents of the company. We’re recruiting 100+ interns every year, and we convert around 30% of them into full-term contracts. Building a campus management strategy is therefore essential to our growth. This strategy involves 3 pillars:

- External strategy: building efficient campus partnerships & employer branding vision

- Talent Acquisition: finding the right candidates for our internship positions 

- Community management: Animate, care for and be a partner for this community. 

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Build a vision for the team 
  • - Structure the campus management team to accompany today and tomorrow’s needs in terms of employer branding, hiring and people partnering

  • Build a strong employer branding strategy
  • - Show case Back Market to become top of mind for interns and attract the best & diverse students for Back Market 

    - Create solid partnerships with schools & universities 

    - Involve business stakeholders to support your message 

  • Implement a best in class Talent Acquisition experience for candidates & managers
  • - Define the best process for our annual Campus recruitment campaigns 

    - Chase relentlessly the best candidates for the positions you own, and go the extra mile to close the deal!

    - Keep track of and optimize relevant recruiting channels, report data driven key metrics 

  • Create a thrilling employee journey for interns
  • - Animate this community on a daily basis to give them an exceptional experience at BM and to create cohesion

    - Be the HR entry point for your community : Support them on a daily basis for all their HR issues/challenges

    - Guide, coach & challenge the managers in the management and organization of their interns/apprenticeships 

    - Plan regular check-ups with interns and managers to anticipate a possible conversion. 

    - Work closely with the People Partners to prepare & anticipate the potential conversion. 

    - Participate in the global improvement of our People processes in order to create the best strategy for Back Market.

    YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You have experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment or in an HR Business Partner role (and ideally in a tech environment)
  • You have already developed successful Talent Acquisition and retention strategies
  • You demonstrated track records of leadership, both working cross-functionally with internal partners and managing your own team
  • You are engaged in building a diverse and inclusive culture 
  • You are outgoing and enthusiastic and can easily adapt to any situation
  • You already have our ‘Sabotage!’ mentality - not afraid to test out new ideas, roll up your sleeves to get stuff done
  • You are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being the core member of a rockstar people squad!
