As a key member of the Catalog Team, you will be the guardian of our Catalog Quality standards, to offer our users the most relevant product information to purchase confidently on Back Market.


  • External stakeholders training:
  • Develop, maintain and implement  new product validation processes that meet our catalog quality expectations
  • Train and support stakeholders to address blockers and accelerate our validation velocity
  • Build a performance based training program to leverage our stakeholder’s skills and meet our catalog quality score targets
  • Define KPIs to monitor results and efficiency of the training program
  • Internal stakeholders training:
  • Be the internal spokesperson for the Catalog Team
  • Organize and animate internal training sessions 
  • Ensure that our Account Managers are properly trained and updated on our processes
  • Create and maintain internal documentation detailing the Catalog Team activities
  • Merchants training:
  • Build a global Catalog Training program dedicated to Merchants
  • Create online tutos and animate webinars 
  • Create and maintain external documentation dedicated to the merchant ( FAQ etc ..)

  • You have a master's degree or equivalent
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have 2+ years experience as a trainer, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • You have excellent communication skills, public speaking is part of your DNA
  • You have experience working with Excel & SQL; Data have no secret or you
  • You thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment
