As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will participate in the development of the traffic, the notoriety for Back Market and the attraction, conversion and retention of Backers (Back Market customers) in France and in all countries where we are present (USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Austria, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, Ireland and Finland today - other countries coming soon… ! ) 

Reporting to Steven, our Head of CRM, you will be the owner of our CRM App Roadmap


  • Strategy & Execution: Establish and execute the strategy for our mobile channels (push notification, in-app messages) and incorporate it in our overall CRM omni-channel journey. Take full ownership of the mobile work stream and aim to optimize the processes. You also own the roll-out of the lifecycle mobile strategy.
  • Project Management : Work closely with various stakeholders across our product team to create features to increase conversion and retention by providing a business case and KPIs to verify the necessity. You will be the link between the CRM team and the App Team.
  • Data Driven Marketing : Test and ensure the functionality of the CRM features (deeplink, data points, push, in-app ...). Monitor and create reporting of the channel performance for each country to highlight and take measurable decisions.
  • Mentoring & Improving: Mentor all members of the CRM Team on how to leverage and optimize the mobile communication channel. Provide guidance on daily business and support short and long-term projects by coming up with new ideas to further improve the channel.

  • You are comfortable working in English
  • You have at least 3-4 years experience of Mobile CRM
  • You understand lifecycle principles, and use your strong project management skills to develop campaigns that help solve customer problems
  • You are creative and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You already used a CRM campaign management tool / ESPs
  • You are able to work independently but also within a team, hands-on approach
  • You are curious about new trends and practices around customer loyalty
  • You have experience in life cycle marketing and mobile communication channels (It's a plus)
  • You have HTML / CSS / Javascript knowledge (It's a plus)
