Descriptif du poste

As Back Market is getting even stronger as a leader of the refurbished market, we are looking for great talents to strengthen our international sales team.

As a member of the global Business Development team, you'll help develop and scale Back Market in every market, both on the operational side and on the strategic side. As a B2B CRM Manager you will work with the Sales Team to create, monitor and develop our CRM strategy with our partners. Hence to build a scalable and human partnering program for our merchant, your mission will be to create campaign to develop their sales results and cooperation.
Based in our Paris office, you'll work closely with our customer care, marketing and technical teams, a group of passionate professionals who are dedicated to making sure our products and the Back Market brand stand out.

Your main task will be:

  • Development and lead of the multi-channel CRM strategy
  • Lifecycle management: get through understanding merchants lifecycle and design onboarding & re-engagement strategies for inactive and lowly engaged users
  • Campaign analysis: set the right objectives & KPIs for your campaigns and rigorously track, monitor and report on past and current campaign performance
  • Retention “reaching the right person with the right message at the right time”: implant tool that allows extremely precise personalization in each of the markets
  • Newsletter: Production of newsletter in conjunction with the catalogue management, marketing department

Profil recherché

  • You have a previous experience in CRM position and using Salesforce is a no brainer
  • You have 2 years of experience (internship included)
  • You have a Great business sense and excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • You demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • You have a strong interest for the online and e-commerce environment, you ideally have a previous experience in a related field
  • You are passionate about growth and eager to learn, you are familiar with the start-up environment and working in a demanding change-oriented environment
  • You are able to hustle and get things done not afraid to roll up your sleeves, you tackle something hands-on and especially you love experimenting new stuff
  • You have a real appetence for analysis and numbers with a keen knowledge of creative digital format
  • You’re a fantastic team player
  • You're perfectly fluent in English
