Descriptif du poste


  • Provide our spanish clients with quick and clear information on complex issues through the application of the BackMarket charter
  • Carry the customer's voice while respecting the merchants' stakes
  • Be proactive in improving the customer experience
  • Exceed customer expectations and ensure that all key performance indicators (response time, satisfaction rate, etc.) improve
  • Sponsor and develop the skills of our outsourced agents
  • Test new Customer Relationship Solutions
  • Participate in transversal projects to support the customer's voice

Profil recherché


You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a position and in a similar sector
You're able to speak fluently Spanish
You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you are open-minded and you want to surpass yourself
English is a no brainer for you - you will have to work with english speakers
You are committed to making our customers (and our refurbishers) happy
You like to do concrete things and get your hands dirty
You know how to prioritize, take care of details and the pressure doesn't scare you #sweat
You are eager to learn and you want to immerse yourself in a very, very fast growing startup
You are a fantastic team player, with whom it is cool to work alongside
