As a Data Analyst (Customer Experience), you will be responsible for leading data analysis, insights, and reporting on key metrics to drive and improve business performance and help develop strategic roadmaps that drive results.

This position requires strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data from multiple sources, using various analytics methods. You will distill actionable insights from data sources (e.g., survey, operational, and other internal data sources) to identify insights with the biggest implications to customer care performance. You must have a customer-first focus and a strong ability to craft a story of the data in a way that inspires action.

Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🥇

  • Effectively plan and collaborate with the US and  global teams on data-driven initiatives to solve everyday and complex operational questions and problems
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative expertise to mine data and extract impactful insights that influence projects, and process change
  • Identify and drive scalable solutions for building, dashboards, and models to monitor and improve key performance metrics
  • Establish short and long-term goals that will advance team impact through data and analytics
  • Communicate data-driven results and recommendations clearly to a technical and non-technical audience
  • Partner with all internal teams to manage multiple complex projects and solve problems at scale
  • Preferred Experience:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree with a quantitative focus in Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Statistics, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience, with a background in end-to-end project management and/or operations
  • 2+ years experience in using SQL or equivalent
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
