Job Description

We are in search of a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. What does the role entail? At a high level, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring Back Market’s online user acquisition strategies in the US. You will work closely with a group of passionate professionals committed to convincing consumers that refurbished is better than new. Screw New!

Preferred Experience

YOUR MISSION (if you accept it):

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns according to the media plan which will include: SEA, Facebook, Instagram and display.
  • Manage day-to-day performance and ensure alignment with targets and an obsessive focus on ROI
  • Be in charge of regular analysis and reporting Help lead projects in order to develop marketing channels (creative, tracking, landing pages, product flows, A/B testing, etc)
  • Monitor market trends and competition
  • Work with the brand team on creative briefings, best practice communications & branding strategy
  • Work with the SEO team to ensure that organic traffic is being maximised
  • Work with the Business development team to give sourcing recommendations and ensure offer quality
  • Work with the Customer care team to optimise clients' experience


  • You are a native English speaker.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on customer acquisition, preferably in eCommerce
  • You know all of the tricks and secrets for Google Ads
