And today, we’re looking for our next Head of Quality Account Manager.

Job Description

As a key member of the Quality team, you will be reporting directly to Nicolas, our Head of Quality. Your role will be to manage the Quality Account Management team (today more than 20 people). The team’s goal is to make sure our current and future merchants improve their quality to reach our highest standards and expectations. Based in our Bordeaux offices with a lot of visits to our Paris office, you’ll work closely with our Sales team and our merchants to make sure Back Market and its products stand out.

*YOUR MISSION (if you accept it): *

  • You will manage the Quality Account Manager team (today 3 team leaders and 20 quality account mangers)
  • You will support this amazing team and make them grow on a daily basis
  • You will build KPIs for your team & the merchants and will monitor them on a daily basis
  • You will actively contribute to the personal development of the managers and will help building strong relationships with our refurbishers
  • You will launch action plans in order to improve the work environment of the team on a daily basis
  • You will monitor the training of the Quality Account Managers in order to aim for operational excellence.
  • You will create and pilot a recruitment roadmap depending on the growth of the team and the launch of new countries
  • You will work hand in hand with the Sales Team to ensure Back Market’s targets are reached.

Preferred Experience

  • You graduated from a top business or engineering school and have a Bac+5
  • You have 5 years’ previous experience leading a team preferably in an e-commerce environment for an account managing team
  • Tech products have no secret for you because you have a technical background, you know our products and can easily find ways to improve our merchant’s quality
  • You have strong management skills, with the ability to make your team grow and focus on their individual expertise
  • Entrepreneurial mind is key, you are open-minded and always eager to exceed expectations
  • Good sense of priorities and organization – you excel at managing projects and time
  • “Getting things done” is your lifestyle
  • English is a no-brainer; you’ll manage an international team and will be conducting team meetings and 1 to 1’s in English mainly
