Your Mission If You Accept It:

Directly reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition strategy of Back Market globally (Europe, US, APAC), and therefore transform our company objectives into an efficient recruitment strategy:

- Hire, develop and manage a highly-skilled & motivated TA team (~15 people).

- Design and drive the adoption of efficient & structured recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.

- Partner closely with our leaders & hiring managers to understand recruiting plans across all functions, manage the forecast & timelines, and educate internally on best-in-class recruiting techniques.

- Generate new recruiting solutions, tactics, partnerships & providers that will help sustain our success.

- Establish a strong and global employer branding strategy that reflects our internal culture: create and inspire targeted attraction methods (events, social media campaigns, external relationships, etc.) to support our recruitment and D&I objectives.

- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates.

- Develop guidelines and principles so that hiring is conducted in a way that is explicitly designed to reduce bias.

- Identify & develop relevant recruitment metrics, reports & dashboards to track performance and support business decisions.

  • You have a solid experience of managing a TA team and evidence of transforming the recruitment function into an effective organisation
  • You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment, and you have a deep understanding of the challenges a company like ours is facing
  • You are driven by data and a tech savvy: you love pulling data & assessing complex information, you like to play with the new tools to improve efficiency
  • You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) and an active listener: you've always delivered a strong support to your clients and to your team members
  • You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in total autonomy
  • You are engaged in building a diverse and inclusive culture You are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!
