Your Mission (If You Accept It):
You are the HR referent for interns and apprentices : From the Onboarding to the offboardingOrganizing meetings at mid-internship/ apprenticeship period to make sure the internship is aligned with expectations and can possibly match with a job opportunity, by liaising with our TA team.Answer interns’ questions about their internship & journey at Back Market (or apprenticeship)Support the People Partner team in their daily work, including:coordinating training efforts (quotes, logistics, attendance, benchmark, budget, invoices, etc.)ensure our HRIS is updated (managers changes, documents are uploaded…)helping with trial period follow-up, amendments, termination paperworkassisting in the launch of our main HR projects ( career path…)generating ad-hoc analysis & reporting Keep up to date with latest HR trends, use new and creative ways to find and engage our peopleShare, learn and work hand-to-hand with the People Partner and People Expertise team to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business
You’re At The Right Place If:You have ideally a first experience in Human Resources, but your motivation to join will be the most important oneYou understand how to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple offices, culture and remotely, by also managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously. You are organized, with great attention to detail. You are motivated by both admin part and ad hoc projects.
