Reporting into our Head of People Expertise in Bordeaux, you’ll be in charge of the entire tooling system for the People Department.


  • Configure our HRIS (BambooHR) to optimize the use for the People team, the managers and the employees including configurations, processes, data management, and reporting
  • Take ownership of all HR tools and systems - oversee set up, ensure data is managed appropriately, systems integrate effectively, and that our infrastructure is built to scale
  • Track & maintain data accuracy and integrity of our tools
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or missions 
  • Lead HRIS projects & new tools involving market benchmark, implementation, upgrades, budget negotiation and related administration
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and support for administrators and employees on all our tools
  • Ensure proper and timely communication to Back Market when new tools or changes are implemented
  • Develop and oversee standard management reporting on periodic/quarterly/annual basis
  • Execute and recommend reports, custom queries and dashboards to support business needs

  • You have a significant experience in HRIS. Big plus if it’s on Bamboo HR!
  • You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment
  • You have great communication skills
  • You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracy
  • Excel/Gsheet is your best friend (or at least a very close relative). A knowledge of Power BI is a plus!
  • You are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!
