The Business Development department at Back Market is in charge of sourcing the offer available on our platforms in Europe and the US by recruiting and managing relationship with merchants worldwide (+1000 merchants to date). Within the department, the Global Accounts team leads the relationships with the largest actors of the market including Brands, Retailers, Telcos and distributors. Our objective is to make sure we keep on fuelling supply hyper growth in 2021 and beyond.

Our every day mission is to develop and scale new products & services to empower key merchants, to improve their engagement and to accelerate their growth.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT) : 🥇

  • Define strategic projects prioritization and design road map together with the team leaders
  • Collect the needs from Strategic sellers and build tailored solutions
  • Coordinate internal efforts to make Back Market the preferred channel for the Global accounts
  • Identify, onboard and negotiate with partners and stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Oversee operational coordination, lead planning with team & product and set Key Performance Indicators
  • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • Top Engineering or Business School in your country
  • Fluency in English and French, other languages are appreciated (Spanish, German, Italian, …)
  • At least 1 previous experience in Business development or project management
  • Excellent business sense, strong analytical and project management skills
  • Is organized, structured and has a lot of drive with a can-do / will-do attitude
  • Thrives in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment.
