The Supply Team’s mission is to bring to the best refurbished devices that people want, at a good price and with a level of quality which is as good as new.

To deliver this mission, the Supply Team has three main objectives:

- Chasing and acquiring new merchants, with talented Business Developers (BDs)

- Onboarding new merchants and guiding them throughout our platform and quality requirements, with great Onboarding Manager (OBs)

- Helping merchants maximize their revenue while meeting our quality standards, with amazing Seller Success Managers (SSMs).

The Supply Operations Team is here to drive operational excellence by providing insights, tools, processes, and projects to help BDs, OBs, and SSM focus on high value tasks and meet their quality and sales targets.

As a key member of the Global Supply Operations Team, you will be in charge of B2B Lead Generation & Lead Management topics.


  • Manage the Lead Generation processes and drive efficiency within the Business Development teams
  • Lead the identification of new potential sellers for Back Market by leveraging all sources at your disposal: marketplace mapping and benchmark with our current service providers, leads sharing with integrators and other partners, external offline & online events, etc.
  • Define and implement scalable strategies to improve the relevance of the leads identified according to the priorities defined. 
  • Own the inbound lead generation from Supply side, working with the B2B Marketing, Brand, and Supply Partnership team, in order to maximize the number of prospects registering automatically on Back Market and to guide them through our onboarding processes.
  • Analyse the Business Development performance weekly, deliver data-driven insights and define the action plan to help the teams reach their targets.
  • Communicate clearly on our progress towards matching our competitors’ pool of sellers and supply coverage.
  • Coordinate the alignment on the upcoming priorities for the Business Development team with all the relevant stakeholders, including the corresponding Team Leads and Directors, Country & Category and Marketing teams.
  • Design efficient processes and pitching tools to optimize lead conversion rate and conversion delay.

  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience as a project / operations manager, with at least 1-2 years on lead generation topics
  • You have experience working in a startup hyper growth environment
  • You are autonomous, organized and structured
  • You have strong analytical skills, with proven ability to work with data
  • You have an excellent business sense and skills for transversal management
  • You thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment
  • You are fluent in English (note that other languages are appreciated: French, Spanish, German, Italian)
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in the e-commerce business
