The Supply Team’s mission is to bring to the best refurbished devices, at a good price, with an amazing level of quality.

To deliver this mission, the Supply Team has three main objectives:

- Chase and acquire new merchants, thanks to our Business Developers (BDs)

- Onboarde new merchants and guide them through our platform, thanks to our Onboarding Manager (OBs)

- Help merchants maximize their revenue while meeting our quality standards, with oue Seller Success Managers (SSMs)

The Supply Operations Team drives operational excellence by providing insights, tools, processes, and projects to help BDs, OBs, and SSM focus on high value tasks and meet their quality and sales targets.

As a key member of the Global Supply Operations Team, you will be in charge of B2B Lead Generation & Lead Management topics.


  • You will be the main point of contact for all Business Developers at Back Market and your goal is to ensure that their pipeline is continuously filled with highly qualified leads, whilst automating most of the related processes. Your responsibilities will include :
  • Inbound Marketing
  • Provide the global B2B marketing team with recommendations on which channels and partnerships we should engage to drive leads
  • In partnership with the B2B marketing manager, define and implement the right content to convert our highest qualified leads.
  • Set up goals and KPIs to track the performance of inbound marketing activities
  • Monitor the performance of the onsite acquisition funnel and drive any relevant improvements with the Product and Brand teams.
  • Outbound Marketing
  • Set up the appropriate tools, processes or partnerships to identify new potential sellers for Back Market (data integrators, new service providers, external offline & online events, etc - be creative ! ).
  • Gather and prioritize the needs across the company for marketplace mapping and benchmark, and manage the roadmap with our current service providers
  • Own the Lead Gen routines and uploads of leads in Salesforce for Business Developers.
  • Lead Management and Biz Dev Efficiency
  • Define and implement scalable strategies to improve the relevance of the leads
  • Design efficient processes and pitching tools to optimize lead conversion rate and conversion delay.
  • Analyze the Business Development teams performance, deliver data-driven insights and define action plans with the help of Team Leaders to automate manual tasks and increase efficiency.

  • You have 2-3 years of experience as a project / operations manager, with at least 1-2 years on lead generation topics
  • You have experience working in a startup hyper growth environment
  • You are autonomous, organized and structured
  • You have strong analytical skills, with proven ability to work with data
  • You have an excellent business sense and skills for transversal management
  • You thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment
  • You are fluent in English (note that other languages are appreciated: French, Spanish, German, Italian)
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in the e-commerce business
