Your Mission (If You Accept It):
You will be involved with the team in the following projects and activities:Perform legal research and ensure legal monitoringParticipating in the drafting and negotiation of contracts / contractual clauses with Services ProvidersParticipating in the implementation of GDPRContribute to set-up of reliable and up-to-date legal process documentationEnsuring the follow-up of pre-litigation / litigationAdvise all teams of Back market on various subjects (consumption law, distribution law, IP law, competition law, digital law etc)You’re At The Right Place If:
You are an “EFB” student and / or have a Master I or Master II in law, ideally in digital law, distribution / consumption or economic / competition English is a no brainer for youYou already have prior internship experience in related areaYou are endowed with excellent communication skills and a strong capacity for analysis and synthesisYou are very pragmatic and business oriented You are motived, proactive and able to move projects forward.Recruitment process:
