Our growth plan in 2021-2022 includes the strengthening of the logistics services in the US as well as a strong acceleration of the logistics services adoption by our merchants in Europe. 

We are looking for someone to join the Logistic team as US Project Manager, to lead transversal projects in order to strengthen the US offer.

Your Mission If You Accept It:

  • Build and launch the main logistic services in the US (shipping by Back Market and fulfilment by Back Market)
  • Lead transversal projects with the Repair service team and other services team to improve our services efficiency and find synergies
  • Lead projects to improve the quality of the merchant experience and prevent churn - you will work closely with the Logistics operations team, the Supply team and the Merchant Support Center team
  • Deep dive in Quality & Adoption KPIs to explain the week over week fluctuations and the gaps with targets
  • Preferred Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in project management
  • Experience in building new services for ecommerce/logistics start-ups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (French is a plus, but not mandatory)
  • Capacity to work with transversal teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge in data visualization & SQL 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-pace environment
