    Job Description

    Back Market, already present in the US and the EU (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium & Finland), is the leader in the refurbished electronics and appliances market segment.

    With an $80bn market segment size and growing fast, the refurbished electronics and appliances market segments represent a huge growth opportunity for Back Market. And we’re only getting started as there are still 8 times more products sold as new than refurbished today. In 2020 Back Market launched 3 new EU countries with plans to launch more in 2020 and 2021.

    Back Market offers transportation and fulfillment services to our global merchant base in order to deliver products quickly to our customers. As Logistics Support Associate, you will be in charge of scaling the support of our logistics services (both internally and with partners)

    Your mission (if you accept it):

  • You will build new process on claim management
  • You will implement new tools to improve ticketing management
  • You will handle daily contact with our partners (carriers, logisticians)
  • You will support Account Managers on their relation with sellers
  • You will create, improve and monitor support related KPIs You will monitor insurance financials (refunds)
  • You will report to the Transport & Logistics manager

  • You have a previous experience in logistics
  • Excel has no secret for you
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English
  • You have strong organisational skills
  • You have good interpersonal skills. You will have daily exchanges with our logistics service providers as well as with sellers
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, always eager to exceed expectationsYou have a professional, proactive and resourceful attitude with attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills
