Within the Bureau of Technology, you would be taking care of the Support function in one of our Tribes - Merchant & Care. This team is dedicated to all aspects of managing our Merchants and complaints (merchant - a seller on our marketplace, a qualified refurbisher).

To be successful, here's what's important:

Team work & collaboration skills are key - you will work closely with the Engineers, Product Owners & Specialists from our Seller Support Center;

Your expertise, analytical and communication skills that will help to respond to various stakeholder requests, train Back Makers on platform evolution as well as find smart solutions and improve our way of doing things;

You don't need to have a background in engineering or computer science, basics are appreciated.

Your profile :

  • Excellent communication skills that will allow you to interact with all kinds of people (tech, product, support or merchant)
  • Fluent/native (verbal and written) in English and French
  • Strong desire to solve complex situations and help your colleagues
  • Rigorous and have a real appetite for technology
  • Enjoy optimization and creating efficient processes
  • You are a good mentor, facilitator, or someone, who is good at explaining things to others
  • Team work is your preferred way of working, and you're a fun colleague to be around
