Fondée en Novembre 2014, Back Market est la première place de marché européenne (et bientôt mondiale) dédiée à la vente de produits électriques & électroniques entièrement remis à neuf.

Le concept de Back Market est simple, mais radical : mettre directement en relation les consommateurs avec des professionnels du reconditionnement (usines, marques et distributeurs), via une seule et même plateforme. Job Description

As Back Market is getting even stronger as a leader of the refurbished
market, we are looking for great talents to strengthen our international
sales team.
As a member of the global Business Development team, you'll help develop and
scale Back Market in every market, on the operational side. Within the New
Business Development team, alongside with the Account Management team,
you’ll be responsible for Back Market catalog improvements by partnering with
new sellers.
Based in our Paris office, you'll work closely with our Head of New business
Development to launch new projects and vision on a dedicated merchant pool
named the Backwatch. You’ll oversee their identification and qualification as well
as their onboarding and first performance on the platform. You’ll also be in
contact with our Marketing and Technical teams, a group of passionate
professionals who are dedicated to making sure our products and the Back
Market brand stand out.

YOU'RE MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):

Reporting to our Head of New Business Development – one of a kind – your duties will include:

  • Implement the communication and follow-up strategy for our Backwatch merchants, in collaboration with the CRM Manager from the Account Management team
  • Being responsible of their onboarding – thanks to a proactive communication you know when and how to interact with the prospect pool to achieve the best results
  • Qualifying and managing Entrant Leads to achieve the best performance
  • Creating and putting in place a vision for the Backwatch team as well as delivering operational excellence optimizing current processes
  • Managing projects and creating new tools and processes to increase the B2B conversion rate of this pool

Preferred Experience

YOU'RE AT THE RIGHT PLACE IF:

  • You have achieved sales success during your previous experiences, ideally in a tech environment
  • You have a great business sense and excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Eager to learn, you want to work in a fast-moving and change oriented environment
  • You have a strong interest for the online and e-commerce environment
  • You’re a fantastic team player
  • English & Spanish are no brainers
