Your missions (if you accept) will be: Be the HR entry point for your dedicated Backmakers:HR referent from the onboarding to the offboarding for all the employees of your perimeterSupport teams on a daily basis for all their HR issues: training, career development, mobility,ectGuide and coach the management team in the management and organisation of their teams (talent identification/retention, performance reviews, training, organisation chart...) Participate to the global improvement of our People processes in order to create the best strategy for Back Market. Deploy the processes locally , taking into account the specificities of your perimeter : onboarding, quarter review, annual review, salary reviews, training, etc. Partner with the People Experts to implement and set up processes & tools that support Back Market’s growth
