What you will do

In order to accelerate Back Market catalog growth and maintain a high GMV growth in Europe and the US, Back Market is recruiting a Process Manager, based in our parisian office.
Within the Sales Project Management team, alongside the Account Management & the New Business Development teams, your duties will include:

  • To be the intermediary between the Business Development team and the teams we interact with regarding the processes we share, finding the good balance on client satisfaction and the sales results of Back Market.
  • To introduce scalable additional services for the merchants (logistics, aftersales, etc).
  • To improve every process from onboarding to Account Management in order to increase the ROI of merchants’ management.
  • To ensure a smooth implementation of new processes and services supporting the sales team.
  • To support the team in administrative tasks, challenging our expertise to improve the efficiency of the current processes.

What we are looking for

  • You have at least 6 month of experience in process or supply chain, and you are sales and results oriented
  • You have an excellent oral and written English skills
  • You have a strategic thinking on our sales approach, you enjoy daily challenges and have the ability of finding new and creative solutions
  • You have good analytical and organisational skills with a focus on details
  • You know how to deal with the unexpected and you have the capacity to adapt to new situations
  • You have excellent knowledge of the Office Pack and Data Mining
  • You are able to challenge processes and their results
