In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Lead Growth Manager, and you will be responsible for the Korean customer experience and satisfaction. This means the customer experience must match (or beat!) buying brand new products at every step from easily finding and buying the product, having it delivered promptly and on time, being satisfied with the product quality, and finally providing smooth after-sale service, if necessary.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • You will assist us in establishing the right positioning for Back Market in South Korea (brand platform and key messages) to strongly appeal to local consumers, working hand-to-hand with our Head of Marketing APAC.
  • You will build the category management strategy, working closely with the sales team we have the best inventory to deliver to our prospects.
  • You will work closely with the Head of Product APAC to adapt and localize the User Experience (UX).
  • You are accountable for Customer Satisfaction KPIs: Contact rate, On-Time Delivery, Return Rate, After-Sales Customer Satisfaction rate. You identify and prioritize projects that will have a strong impact on the customer satisfaction journey and will improve those KPIs, and run those through completion.
  • You’ll build the Customer feedback collection processes, and gather them to make sure we keep capturing the Customer Voice and address projects in the right priority order.

  • You are a native Korean speaker, and fluent in English. You have at least one international experience - either studying or working abroad, either working for an international company in Korea.
  • You have a first experience as a consultant, business analyst or project manager in a best-in-class Korean or international company.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you are open-minded and you want to surpass yourself by building. You thrive in a fast moving environment, within an agile environment.
