As a member of the Quality team, you'll be a key actor in making sure quality is at the core of our merchants activity.

Job Description

  • You will be responsible for your very own portfolio of Dutch merchants, making sure their quality performances are the best they could be!
  • You'll handle inbound and outbound communication with your merchants for all quality related topics, building strong relationships by providing them personalized human consulting
  • You're a data master, you'll make numbers talk and provide your merchants with meaningful feedbacks and concrete action plans to improve their overall quality
  • You'll exceed expectations and ensure all key performance indicators for your merchants improve on a long-term basis
  • You'll work alongside our Customer Care team to spot friction point customers are facing and solve them directly with your merchants
  • You'll aslo work closely with our Business Development team and to improve merchant’s quality and make them better sellers on Back Market

Preferred Experience

  • Native Dutch speaker, you have a previous experience in portfolio management, ideally in a similar sector
  • English has no secret for you, and if you speak french: bingo!
  • You're known to be someone pro-active, with a ‘can do’ attitude, exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational as well as communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mind is key, you are open-minded and always eager to exceed expectations
  • Passionate about growth and eager to learn, you are familiar with the start-up environment and working in a demanding change-oriented environment
  • You have an analytical mind – strong use of insights and confident around data-driven decision-making
  • Tech products have always fascinated you, you've always wanted to dismantle your own computer!
