As an expert in Internal Payroll and Personnel Administration, you will be reporting to our Lead People Ops & Payroll and will become the referent on the French scope (+600 employees in total). We are looking for a great contributor that puts employees’ satisfaction first and thrives on making sure our processes and payroll are running smoothly.

In a team of 4, you will be acting as the main point of contact for French payroll and ensure the quality of the service delivered.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Payroll
  • - Collect and enter the variable payroll elements

    - Carry out the correct payrolls

    - Manage the offboarding : Calculation of STC, editing and sending of documents

    - Check and validate the DSN

    - Carrying out monthly, quarterly and annual social charges

    - Respecting deadlines and payroll declarations

    - Respond to DARES surveys

    - Manage relations with different organisations

    - Carry out a legal watch

    - Ensure that payroll parameters are in line with legal and conventional developments

    - Liaise with our external payroll service provider

    - Maintain accurate records, documents and reports to facilitate audits

    - Update social dashboards

  • Personnel Administration 
  • - Create the personnel file in the payroll & HRIS tool

    - Drafting of employment contracts

    - Plan and follow up medical visits, mutual health,...

    - Manage sick leave, maternity and paternity leave,...

    - Follow up reimbursement of CPAM and reconciliate with accounting

    - Answer questions, resolve issues, proactively communicate about changes

    - Track employees requests : 1% logement,...

  • You will also participate in the development of the “bilan social”, “BDES”, “index égalité H/F”, “BSI” and other projects.
  • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You have 5+ years of experience in payroll and personnel administration
  • You have a good knowledge of the ADP Decidium payroll tool and of the main rules of French labor law
  • You have a good knowledge of internal payroll practices
  • Rigor, organisation, diplomacy, autonomy, sense of numbers, dynamism, reactivity, sense of service and confidentiality are essential qualities for this position
  • You are fluent in English
