The Supply Team’s mission is to bring to Backmarket.com the best refurbished devices that people want, at a good price and with a level of quality which is as good as new.
To deliver this mission, the Supply Team has three main objectives:
-Chasing and acquiring new merchants, with talented Business Developers (BDs)
-Onboarding new merchants and guiding them throughout our platform and quality requirements, with great Onboarding Manager (OBs)
-Helping merchants maximize their revenue while meeting our quality standards, with amazing Seller Success Managers (SSMs)
The Supply Operations Team is here to drive operational excellence by providing insights, tools, processes, and projects to help BDs, OBs, and SSM focus on high value tasks and meet their Quality and Sales targets.
As a key member of the Global Supply Operations Team, you will be in charge of Sales Enablement.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇
Define the Sales Enablement approach in the next wave of growth at Back Market - i.e. How to support and enable Supply teams to deliver their ambitious Sales targets ?
Lead the team in charge of Sales Enablement topics :
Building and running sales processes from lead generation and new merchant onboarding to merchant exits
Enabling the Supply teams to constantly focus on the most impactful actions by prioritizing and launching targeted events, in coordination with Marketing plans
Working closely with other teams across the organization (e.g. Services, Finance, Legal) to ensure Supply is playing its role in delivering Back Market priorities in terms of business achievements, profitability objectives, and legal compliance
Defining KPIs, building the Supply teams’ targets and tracking weekly and quarterly performance
Be the main point of contact and trusted counselor for Supply Team Leaders in Europe, Asia and for Global Accounts
Driving the Supply into the next phase of scaling at Back Market with consistent and widely adopted processes, while staying close to the reality of the business, and needs/ specificities of the different Supply teams (Europe, US, Asia and Global Accounts)
Ensuring close alignment between priorities of the Operations teams and day to day focus of the Supply teams
Building and maintaining a sense of belonging of all Supply teams into “One Loving Tribe”
