We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help us meet the next challenges!

Within the Bureau of Technology, this Salesforce team is dedicated to all aspects of how the Supply team manages our Sellers. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the good development and proper functioning of the Salesforce ecosystem at Backmarket.

Your objectives:

- Parameter complex solutions within the different Salesforce Component (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & Pardot) 

- Build and simplify complex automation processes with the whole Salesforce stack (Flows, Processes, Apex triggers) 

- Receive requests from the whole Supply team 

- Preconize structural improvements to enhance the reliability of Salesforce

- Data corrections: you are responsible for data reliability

To be successful, here’s what’s important:

- Teamwork & collaboration skills are key - you will work closely with the Engineers and the Product Manager of the Salesforce Team ;

- Your expertise, analytical and communication skills that will help to respond to various stakeholder requests, train Back Makers on Salesforce evolution as well as find smart solutions and improve our way of doing things;

- You don’t need to have a background in engineering or computer science, basics are appreciated.

Your profile:

- Excellent communication skills

- You are a qualified Salesforce administrator (4 years experience minimum)

- You are familiar with all forms of Salesforce automation, particularly flows and you have basic understanding of Apex.

- Fluent/native (verbal and written) in English, fluency in French is a plus

- Strong desire to solve complex situations and help your colleagues

- Rigorous and have a real appetite for technology

- You are a good mentor, facilitator, or someone, who is good at explaining things to others

- Teamwork is your preferred way of working, and you’re a fun colleague to be around
