About the team:

Reporting to the Traffic Lead Central Europe & US and supporting our existing team members, you will help us grow one of our most important markets in 2022!. Our team is one of the most advanced advertisers, handling significant budgets of several millions. A real playfield for true Online Media geeks. 

Your mission (if you accept it!):

  • Create marketing plans & media roadmaps that will help us succeed in the market by combining your market knowledge with your expertise in online advertising
  • Managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns accordingly: SEA, Social, Video, Affiliation - you name it we use it :)
  • Managing day-to-day performances and ensuring alignment with your targets with a clear focus on growth
  • Work with our team of Specialists on a testing roadmap
  • You will collaborate closely with: the Partnerships & Brand team on creative briefings, best practice communication & budget allocation; the SEO team to ensure that organic traffic is maximized; the Business team and our General Manager to give sourcing recommendations and ensure offer quality, demand and supply; the Customer care team to optimize clients' experience.
  • You will take part in projects in order to develop each marketing channel (creatives, tracking, landing pages, product flows, A/B testing...), market trends and competition monitoring.
  • You are perfect if you have:

  • After graduating from a Master or a Bachelor degree in the field of marketing, or another business-related field, you have at least 6 years experience in Traffic Management, Online Acquisition and or Digital Marketing.
  • You are passionate about user-centric marketing
  • You know how to build engaging, high performing Social Media campaigns that deliver awareness & drive conversions
  • You have worked with Google Adwords on a daily basis (bid strategies, audiences & Google Shopping hold no secrets for you)You know Google Analytics & Excel like the back of your hand
  • Experience with R, SQL or other coding languages is a plus
  • You are proactive, eager to learn and curious about tools and strategies with an instinct for new opportunities
  • You are a team player and strive working with other people in flat hierarchies
