As part of the amazing People Team, you will be responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition strategy for our Product teams.


  • Manage the entire perimeter for Talent Acquisition across Europe for our Product teams (Product Management, Product Design, UX Research)
  • Chase relentlessly the best candidates for the jobs you own, and go the extra mile to close the deal!
  • Educate business leaders and train hiring managers on processes, interview best practices and decision making.
  • Launch TA strategies on different channels: new offices & territories, employer branding, etc. 
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends, use new and creative ways to find and engage our people.
  • Share, learn and partner with the People Team to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business.

  • You have 3+ years of recruiting experience in a similar role, in an agency or start-up/scale-up environment
  • You have a passion for tech products (and perhaps you've built some yourself!)
  • You're skilled at building relationships with candidates and with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring across our companies
  • You are driven by data and a tech savvy: you love pulling data & assessing complex information, you like to play with the new tools to improve efficiency
  • You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in total autonomy
  • You are engaged in building a diverse and inclusive culture
  • You are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!
