You will be dedicated to the Bureau of Technology, our Engineering and Product teams, who are at the coreof our e-commerce platform.If you wish to work with passionate developers, product owners, UX researchers... located in Paris, Bordeaux, London, Berlin.
Your missions will be:Be the HR entry point for your dedicated Backmakers:HR referent from the onboarding to the offboarding for all the employees of your perimeterSupport teams on a daily basis for all their HR issues: training, career development, mobility, etc.
Guide and coach the management team in the management and organisation of their teams (talent identification/retention, performance reviews, training, organisation chart) Participate to the global improvement of our People processes in order to create the best strategy forBack Market. Deploy the processes locally , taking into account the specificities of your perimeter : onboarding, quarter review, annual review, salary reviews, training, etc. Partner with the People Experts to implement and set up processes & tools that support Back Market’s growth
