Back Market est le (super) marché des produits reconditionnés.

Fondée en Novembre 2014, Back Market est la première place de marché européenne (et bientôt mondiale) dédiée à la vente de produits électriques & électroniques entièrement remis à neuf.

Le concept de Back Market est simple, mais radical : mettre directement en relation les consommateurs avec des professionnels du reconditionnement (usines, marques et distributeurs), via une seule et même plateforme. Avec une ambition folle : créer une alternative mainstream à l’achat de produits neuf 🚀

Descriptif du poste

One of the Back Market key differentiators is the UX we provide to the customers. It comes with light and nice design, clear explanation of what a refurbished product is and a super clean catalog. We built partnerships with service providers handling 5 languages today and much more next year. Processes and rules are often updated to provide all the informations the customer need to buy the product.

Within the Catalog team, you will be the key point of contact with our service providers for any question and are responsible to train all agents (30+ today) and ensure their documentation is up to date.


  • Develop new processes and update processes defining our catalog product sheets
  • Update the tools and create new ones to help our service providers offering the best quality
  • Support our service providers to answers their most tricky questions and find solutions to blocking points
  • Visit our partners sites to see the reality of the field and nurture our relationship
  • Analyze performance and find ways to improve it in the long term

Profil recherché


  • Top Engineering or Business School in your country
  • 2+ years experience in Operations as Customer Care services
  • Proven experience in training agents or employees
  • Good analytics, Great communication and Strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and French (other languages are a plus)
